Hello, Techniques Members:

For those who may not know me, my name is Judi and I am one of the List 
Guides for the HWG-Techniques List.  We have to be careful to not use the 
lists to slander or otherwise attack companies. The Guild does not want to 
be involved in any litigation due to libel and slander suits.  Posting of 
negative comments about any company or individual by name is not permitted 
on our lists.  Whether the comments are earned or disserved are not at 
issue.  The Guild's lists just cannot be used to air problems of this nature.

The thread <SUBJ: Re: 9netave> & <SUBJ: Re: Hosting Suggestions>  should be 
put aside.  Any further negative comments about any hosting company by name 
needs to be sent via private email - not to this list.  Let's get back to 
discussing matters related the charter of this list which incorporates the 
issues of both "how to do it" and "why/when to do it" as they relate to 
website design and creation.

As you know, adherence to the rules is expected of anyone who becomes an 
HWG member and uses the lists.  We ask that all members become familiar 
with the rules as continued failure to abide by them may result in removal 
from the lists.
