I am working on a form which is located at
http://206.98.139.182/chamber/update.shtml
I have written javascript that, when a user enters data in a particular
field, it automatically enters a value in a second field.
I want to accomplish the same thing with a drop-down menu but I can't
figure out how.
Using my form to illustrate my point, I want the input box to the right of
the pull-down menus in Item #4 to automatically enter $85 if the user
chooses BOLD, $185 if the user chooses BOLD/RED and, of course, nothing if
the user does not choose a selection.
My other dilemna is doing a calculation. As is obvious from my form, I
also need the input box to the right of TOTAL to tally all the numeric
fields above it.
I am a javascript beginner and perhaps have bitten off more than I can
chew. Anyone willing to help?
Thanks in advance,
Danny Griffin
