Netscape form problem using ASP

Good morning!

My Netscape woes continue!

Can someone please visit 
http://www.tagdevelopment.com/chamber/update_files/search3.asp, enter a 
company name ("Tillman" will work just fine) and tell me why it works in IE 
and not Netscape??  I assume it has something to do with what is inside the 
<FORM> tags.
