Sending an action to a page inside a frame

Does anyone know how to target a specific page in a frameset from a form 
outside the frameset?

For example, I have a page (search.asp) that contains the form:
<form name="fmSearch" method="post" action="fmResults.asp">

fmResults.asp is in the frameset update.asp with the framename 
"results".  When I hit "submit" on the form in search.asp I need to it to 
post to fmResults.asp in the frameset update.asp.

I hope someone can make some sense out of what I just wrote in order to 
help me out.
