I want to have a form where people rate sports teams(it's called Power
Rankings for those who know what that means). I want for people to rate a
set of teams say 1-10 but to make sure a rating is not used twice and to
let the person know if they have done that so they can correct it before
sending the form. I would assume this is some sort of form validation thing
that can be done with javascript? I will take any solution(javascript, CGI,
whatever). Any help would be appreciated.
