Centering a Banner

Hi, all;
I've just put up a site that has many banner ads (in untraditional places). 
All seem to work fine, except for one pesky little exception. It can be 
seen at the bottom of
http://www.eelumber.com/main.html
It just won't center! Now, I'm new to all this, but I got all the others to 
center! Your comments are appreciated (great list!).
