Hi all;
I do appreciate the *active interest* in my last question about relational
databases. Now, I'm really not trying to start the online version of World
War III, but...
How about building shopping carts? I have a site 95% complete for a client-
just waiting, seemingly forever, for the last bit of information from him-
that utilizes a PNP shopping cart (and, of course, costs me money). I
wondered before getting involved with y'all if there were some simple way
to build a secure shopping cart. This client has only one item to sell, and
although we'll add more later, would be an ideal place to start because of
its simplicity. I know Perl is a way to go here, but what about PHP, CF, etc.?
Digressing back to the database discussion, I'm presuming that I'll be able
to export data from either Lotus 1,2,3 or MS LS into whatever format I
choose: CF, ASP/VBasic, PNP, etc. Is my presumption right or wrong? TIA,
BenO
