A Question of Style

Hi;
I'm trying to use CSS to rid myself of the disagreeable brown background 
color used in the arrow pull-down portion of the <select> tag. I was hoping 
there was some trick I could use in SELECT{} but I haven't found it yet. 
Does anyone know how to do this?
