Accessing a Filemaker Database

Fellow members,

I have a task that has me baffled.   Here it is:

I need to access a filemaker database (with the owner's permission already 
given) from a different website than where it is stored.

The tasks are in this order
1.  users will go to a website (call it HOUSE) to search for information at 
the Filemaker website
2.  the information must then be returned to HOUSE for the user to view
3.  If the information is what the user wants then a form must capture the 
information to make a request for more information and/or confirmation

Is there an easy way to do this.  The owner of the database does not want 
me to set up a mySQL database; only use his information.
