Can I Nest a Frame Within a TD?

Hi,
Christie Cooksie was good enough to show me how to center an element in a 
page with this code:
><table width="100%" height="100%">
><tr>
>  <td align="center" valign="middle">image here</td>
></tr>
></table>
Now, I need to replace *image here* with an entire html doc, complete with 
CSS. It would be really convenient if I could do that with a frame, but how 
do I script the frame within that table definition?
