scrolling menu bar

Hello People,

I was hoping the joint expertise of the group might be able to help me.

Last night I was looking at www.spurs.co.uk, the home page of Tottenham 
Hotspur F.C.

At the bottom of their page they have a very neat scrolling menu bar.  i 
think to myself, that would look good on my site!

I have copied the source code, but cannot get to see menu.txt, and two java 
files that are needed to run the script.  The relevant part of the script 
is below:

codebase="http://www.spurs.co.uk/" code="aTicker.class" 
archive="aTicker.jar" width=330 height=14 MAYSCRIPT

	param name="_file" value="http://www.spurs.co.uk/mess.txt"

Could anyone tell me how to either look at these files or can you tell me 
what they are likely to say?

I would appreciate help with this as I think it will really add to the feel 
of one of my sites, www.cboa.org.uk, and I think it is a very neat script!
