Note that Tidy has bugs in converting HTML to XML that may require manual
fixing-up of the files produced. For example:
1. Tidy has trouble with nested quotes, often converting (say) single
quotes to double quotes when the types of quotes should remain unchanged.
2. Tidy does not convert standard uppercase attribute values to lowercase.
