I agree that it's probably impossible to have Java talk to JavaScript on
the applet loading. I certainly haven't found anything about that and our
Java programmer didn't know any way to do it. I was thinking of using a
timeOut function as it's a small applet and we can estimate loading time.
How would you write the progress bar?
