Hi Liz:
I actually thought it loaded relatively slowly on my NS 4.75 browser.
You are missing a doctype tag and therefore many of your other tags and
their attributes are invalid. My theory is that Netscape is taking a while
to ignore all of these invalid things.
Try fixing the items listed at:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fbaltimorecitycollege.org%2F
and see if things go faster...
