The text in the list is pushing the column wider than the specified
width. The specific culprit is the word "telecommunications." If you set
that cell to class .font10 or shorten that item, the problem goes
away. NS6 is apparently calculating the font width of of 11px type as
wider than the other browsers are, either that or it's allowing for more
spacing around the bullets.
