How much of a gap are you talking about? Looking at it 
in Mozilla Firebird 0.7, I think it looks fine. In fact, I sort 
of like the extra space between the people pictures and 
the following text, makes the text more noticeable. The 
color scheme kind of makes the text blend into the 
background to me, can you increase the contrast?
