All, 

I would appreciate help on this as soon as possible, as I'll be 
working on the page tonight and this weekend.

I want to know if there's a way to get a background image to not tile 
itself but rather be able to stretch along its height-axis to fill the 
page (ie, no matter what size your screen, the image is always as 
tall as the browser window)

I've tried table backgrounds, body backgrounds, and even CSS 
(although I'm still new with CSS, and may have some success there 
if I knew more about it.)  Does anyone have advice?

To give some idea of what I mean, the image is at 
http://www.homepagesplus.com/blue.jpg - the white has to be at the 
top of the page, and the darkest blue at the bottom, without tiling 
itself back to white.  (I would make the image larger, but since 
everyone's computer is different, it would tile on some people's, and 
I don't want that)

As mentioned, swift comments are appreciated.
