Thanks, Christie, this worked beautifully!  (Can't seem to put an 
image on top of it and have blue.jpg as a background image, but 
that's okay, I was wanting to try something else for the design (and 
just hope that my client likes it my way and doesn't want the image 
where blue.jpg is going.)

Also cc'ing the list  on it so that everyone can know the answer.  
(I'm surprised I didn't think of looking there, I used to go to 
javascript.internet.com all the time!)  If I think about it, I'll post the 
finished product to the list.
