True, can't get around dimwits in the clientele ... but I 
personally would think a line of justified text that shows 
gaps between words wouldn't look nice at all!

Whether or not it is the most important thing should be 
determined by the amount of text on the site. If you've 
only got a little text on a page, justification may be fine. 
If you've got a lot of text on a page, I think justification 
would just make it look ugly.
