import text using CSS?

Hello 

One of the things I use CSS for is to fix the position of a menu on the website.

Someone has asked me if I can use CSS to import the contents of the menu into the 
box without having to type out each item on the menu.

For example, the current website I'm working on- www.northernmediators.co.uk has a 
menu on the right hand side of the screen, and on each page the menu is replicated 
and in the source, the same text for that menu appears.

If that menu ever has to change, then every page for the website will also have to be 
changed.  So is there a way of having the menu contents in the CSS so its only 
changed the once?

Hope someone understand what I'm going on about!
