For those wondering, the site is a simple site I set up for the
Toastmasters club I belong to, the page in question has, among
other things, a listing of the duties for the upcoming meeting, who is
doing what, etc. Some duties aren't filled yet, so the blank cell is
used to draw attention to this fact.

You may notice in the coding that some blank cells are <td></td>
while some are <td> </td>, that's because some of the
updates were done in DW if I happen to have it open when I get
word of a duty roster update, and sometimes I update it in Notepad.
