Phrasing may be correct, but they obviously don't display right on all 
browsers.  (I used the layout tutorial at http://www.glish.com/css/ to 
help with the columns.)

This may be a bit harder to fix, the picture of the flag flying on the 
flagpole is 575x420, I don't want to resize the picture because it 
may take away from the look of it (like the resized flag thumbnails).  
My screen resolution is rather big (or small, I don't know how that's 
counted) (640x480), and it doesn't display with a  scroll bar (granted 
on my IE, I didn't check in all browsers, and I still haven't 
downloaded Firefox (no time).)  I believe most people's resolution is 
smaller (or larger) - 1024x768, so I'm guessing it'll display just as 
well there.
