I'm posting this question on the languages list as well. Sorry for the
duplicates, but there are people on this list which might offer help in
addition to languages.
I desire to set up my very first database... Access for now. With it, I want
to run on IIS which comes with Win2K, and serve up some html right on my
desktop. My question is "How do I do this?"
I know this is a huge question that can't be answered thoroughly in a short
email, but consider this. I only want to know the bare minimum answer. My
goal is to make something functional... anything. In other words, the
database will be very small, default settings in IIS are okay, and the ASP
only needs to work. I don't expect an education on each of these in this
exercise. I want to see something, then take it apart, add to, etc.
Thanks for your help.
..Tom
