Database front end?

Hi,
Hopefully this is the correct list, if not, please point me in the right
direction...
I would like to create a database under Linux, preferably using MySQL,
accessing via PHP.  Does anyone know of any descent MySQL front ends for
submitting the data, something easy to setup and use?
