Rubbish, it depends on how much people can see. Some people will need to
have their text much, much bigger to be able to read it.
And yet some designers seem to be fine about excluding these people from
their sites!

(BTW, my dad has a diability - he has MS. Yet he can still read small text
on his monitor. Maybe you need to find another term)
