How Do I View the Code?

Hi;
This is strange. I have a friend with a Web site hosted by a control freak. 
He wants to break free. But when I go to view the source of his pages, I 
get nothing beyond the first page. That first page shows no page links in 
the source! They take away the chrome when you click a link to another 
page, making it impossible to view the source. My friend wants to copy his 
pages and the graphics and move on. Any ideas how to do this? Here's his URL:
