Framed In

Hi;
I haven't built much in frames, but this site needs it and I'm running into 
problems. Here's the URL:

For some reason, the top frame won't snug up to the top, left-hand corner 
and it gets chopped off, too. The nav frame won't snug up, either: the gap 
between the top and nav frames should be almost nonexistent. Then, in the 
top frame, there *should* be a photo on the right end that simply will not 
show no matter what I do. *Please* help.
