Yes, it can be done, but no, NS <5 won't accept it.

As far as line breaks, yes, there is a css property for that, but support for it is poor. See http://www.w3schools.com/ for more on CSS as well as an on-line tutorial that lets you use CSS and view results. It's a lot of fun if nothing else.
Also, I understand about the style list being pretty quiet, but having two lists in the To line of your e-mail makes it a little tough to reply. Perhaps you could re-send it and then also keep responses to a minimum on your end as well? Otherwise you could be getting this 3 times. Just a thought on that one anyway.
