I would definitely go with something like phpWebSite
(http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/) -- it's free and I've installed it twice
so far. Both times, very painless. BUT, for a company intranet, it might be
a bit too rigid and require quite a bit of editing on the templates.
But, that's the direction I'd go in -- more scripts can be found all over
the net including places like http://hotscripts.com/
