Here are a couple of Flash user groups.  I've found them to be generally helpful:

FLASHmacromedia(at)yahoogroups.com
FSdesigners(at)yahoogroups.com

Guess you have to join first.  You can probably do this via yahoo.  (I joined before they got swallowed up.)
