links opening in other window, bring to top

Not sure how to accomplish this. I've got a main navigation table on
multiple pages. Some links open in a new window titled "resource", the rest
(outside of the site) open up in a different new window, titled
"resource2". I know how to make the internal sites, when opening in
resource, always come to the top. How do I (or can I) control links opening
in resource2 also coming to the top?
