extracting pics from MS Word

I think I might have seen this thread recently here, but didn't pay too 
much attention to it - now I wish I did.

A client has sent me a Micro$oft Word doc containing 2 pics he wants on the 
web site but I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how to save  these 
pics outside of Word.  There are no subdirectories with the document - it's 
just 1 document containing 2 pics and nothing else.

Anybody know how I can save these as .jpgs?
