Hi,
I'm converting HTML submit buttons over to three part gif images for a client
(I don't ask, I just duz) and I cannot figure out one thing.
Client had <.input id="mediaMaint" name="mediaMaint" type=submit
value="Special String" tabindex="3">
They're doing some back end template stuff, and I'm obfuscating to protect
the client.
There's two input buttons on this page and each has a different name.
How can I use submit() in a similar fashion? How do I pass the name/id as
to which "button" was clicked?
Should i have a hidden variable be written out by javascript onclick before
it calls the submit() method?
Thanks. I'm sure this must be common, but i could find nothing after a
whole day of searching hwg archives
and google.
