web host woes - suggestions for a new host?

Anybody else out there use Aletia.com for their web host?  They are 
screwing up big time in collecting their monthly fees for my accounts.  I 
pay monthly by on-line check, yet they keep sending me emails saying that 
they were unable to "process my credit card for payment".  After numerous 
emails explaining that I dont pay by credit card, the problem still 
exists.  In fact, the problem is spreading.  One month ago it only effected 
one of my accounts - now it's effecting both my accounts.

So now my accounts are in arrears through no fault of mine. Needless to say 
this worrys me.  I can understand a business making this kind of error 
once, but this is not the case here.  Every 5 days, for the last month and 
a half, I have been receiving emails saying that my accounts are 
unpaid.  If a company cant collect it's fees from it's customers, it makes 
me wonder about the stability of the company.

With all that said, I think it's time to find another web hosting company.

The main reason I chose Aletia.com was because they include MySQL as part 
of their basic plan.  Most companys charge extra for MySQL.  Does anybody 
know of any other providers that include MySQL as part of their basic plan?
