There are two ways - the nasty, and the elegant. The nasty will probably 
work better though.

The nasty way is to try printing a form at various widths until you find 
one that works.

The elegant way is to use CSS:

@page {margin: 1in}

But I bet that doesn't work in a wide range of browsers yet.
