There isn't much in it, but I'd say the former. Both DIV and TABLE have the
align attribute in XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and neither has it in XHTML 1.0
Strict (see http://aamcf.co.uk/html/). Both are deprecated, but the latter
can cause some oddness in IE 6.
