This one has been driving me nuts as well. I can't seem to do anything that 
will fix the problem. My _guess_ is that the many levels of nested tables 
are what is causing the problem. The solution would probably be to use 
nested DIVS and CSS instead, but that would be time consuming. Anybody else 
made any progress?
