Theft Deterrent

Hi;
I'm moving to St. Croix (USVI) and, although it's paradise, there's a lot 
of theft. I need to make sure my computers are protected. I understand 
there's some s/w that checks the phone number from which it is calling to 
access the Internet and if it doesn't match its records calls the police. 
Where can I get it?
