If an AOL user highlights the portion of the email (s)he wishes to show up
in the reply BEFORE hitting the reply button, that text will appear in the
reply. The same thing works in most email software. I just did it in Eudora
in replying to this email. I got just the paragraph I am replying to
instead of the entire original. If you want your AOL users to send back the
entire message, they can click on Edit>Select All to highlight the entire
email before clicking on reply.
