Surpress Horizontal Scrolling

Hi;
I have an inline frame that uses auto scrolling that absolutely insists on 
putting in a horizontal scrollbar (in IE60) when the only demostrable 
reason for doing so is to accommodate a vertical scrollbar. What a pain in 
the a*^!!! Here's an example of the page:

How do I get rid of this offensive nuisance?
