RE: Minimum age law for internet purchases

If the online transaction requires use of a credit instrument, it is my 
understanding you must (technically speaking) be of legal age.  If anyone 
uses a credit instrument in that they are not the named individual, the 
transaction is (again, technically speaking), invalid.
