Hm... are the jpgs you are using for backgrounds in the same=20
directory?  You sure they are threre? The browser isn't finding it there.=20
Perhaps if your page pointed to the directory they are in?

http://www.novagaia.coolfreepage.com/resumefiles/echinaceabkg.jpg   leads=20
to a 404 page. If the file was there, i'd expect it would show.
