Draw a donut - a circle whose perimeter is very thick - and add arrowheads
of appropriate colours at 120 degree intervals: many fonts, including
Microsoft's Webdings, have triangular glyphs you can use as
arrow-heads. Just pick one you like, resize it, and rotate it, in one of
the three desired colours. Repeat for the other two, then re-colour the
appropriate segments of the donut, then select each of the three coloured
regions and create the 3D effects.
