At work I saw the same problem I was having with my own site with your
http://www.igtoa.org/ site as well, but your other listed site was fine.
In any case, I upgraded my browser to Netscape 7 preview and the problem
went away (other people had posted this was their solution as well).
However, the old table cell spacing problem that plagued the first versions
of Netscape 6 is back!
So in frustration with Netscape's bugginess I converted everything into CSS
positioned DIVs, so now it works fine.
