I can't vouch for it since I haven't used it but there is a free
Dreamweaver extension for MX and version 4 called "Cleanup FrontPage HTML
Sitewide for Dreamweaver"
Go to the Dreamweaver Exchange at
http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?view=sn120
and search for "Cleanup FrontPage" to find it.
Be sure and back up your FrontPage files first!
