OT: sneaky trick

Hi list,

While this is OT, and a shot in the dark to be sure, I value the technical 
expertise of this list, so thought I'd ask:

My girlfriend called from work saying she wanted to load a music program on 
her Windows XP workstation but must have administrator rights to install - 
either from her account or the machine as it's booted in safe mode.

Any way around this?
