It's happening to me, too, with mail to Yahoo! accounts, and with list 
servers I belong to. I know this sounds a little outside, but
I wonder if the FBI's implemented Carnivoire (or whatver version it is), or 
if major ISP's have installed filters to try to stamp out virus, or if 
servers are being mail-bombed....comcast's support mailbox is rejecting 
messages with "over quota" errors.
