Jennifer, one of the useful tricks that the Opera browser has is the ability
to turn frames on and off: you find it under the Documents section of the
Preferences, accessed from the File menu. Opera isn't free but it is cheap,
and you can download a 30-day trial version from www.opera.com (the download
is only about 1.5Mb - compare that with IE or NN!). In similar vein, another
of its features I find useful for testing is that it has a button on the
toolbar for toggling the "Document Settings", i.e. you can turn the effect of
style sheets on and off just by clicking the button. Not to mention that it's
one of the most standards-compliant browsers around...
