MLS now are required as of Jan 2001 to share data with broker reciprocity.
So they have what is called IDX. Internet data exchange to facilitate the
sharing

If the cleint broker signs up with the service she/he can access the mls
database for that domain only.

Using Perl of PHP we can pull that data from the MLS and display it on the
website.

Try contacting the MLS in question to find out what their policies and
procedures are for access the data. Some do not charge the Broker anything
while others charge a nominal fee.
