Hi Juliana,
Frontpage errors can be a bear. I hate to just post links, but here's some
things that I found, hopefully one will help:

I think what it's basically saying is that the 'from' email address in the
form is invalid or otherwise "bad" in some way. Try removing that email
address and see if it will submit.
No idea why it would stop working all of a sudden, perhaps just a Microsoft
Moment? :)
